Whereas in addition to objectives related to the implementation of the AGREEMENT, PT. EMJI ensures the confidentiality and or non-disclosure of information in verbal and written forms, data and documents printed or stored in electronic media, soft copy or hard copy, guaranteed confidentiality, not to be disclosed, disseminated or non-disclosure and/or non-publicity, including but not limited to; printed media, electronic media or any third party under the terms of confidentiality agreements prevailing internationally on NON–CIRCUMVENTION AND NON–DISCLOSURE (NCND).
