Terms & Conditions

For business entities or individuals who would like to use the services or features of services of EMJI organisation, the steps to begin are as follows:

  • Sign and submitted application letter to the desired services (features). The application letter should be submitted to:

  • Providing completeness of the data (documents) in copies as follows:
    • Requirements for Legal Entities :
      • Deed of Incorporation and latest deed of modification *if there is any modification
      • Business License, Company Registration Number, Tax registration number, etc.
      • Identity Card or Passport of Directors and Commissioners
      • Financial Statements for the last 2 (two) years *on the audited is more preferable
      • Print out the statement of bank account for the last 6 (six) months
    • Requirements for individuals :
      • Identity Card or Passport
      • Print out the statement of bank account for the last 6 (six) months
  • Provide & submitted any information, documents or data relevant to the ongoing business activities and/or to be executed, and willing to complete the lack of data, documents, or legality requested by PT. EMJI
  • Paying the administration or registration fee.
  • Signing the agreement in relation to the services or features to be used.
  • Implementation.
